Join the shire for a day of friendship and fun. There is a subtlety contest, with a Autumnal Theme. We will have activity tables set up for sewing, scribal, heraldry, children’s activities and games, including our 3rd Annual Chess Tournament. The Accademia dei Studiossi will hold a session of nine classes.

Held in June, the Defender's Tourney and War is our annual competition to select the shire's new defenders in Heavy and Rapier combat. We have added the war to increase the excitement of the event and provide more activities in order to appeal to a larger group of people. You can't have too many wars!

Please join us this year as we defend our lands from unauthorized use by the Shire of Fire Mountain Keep.

William Tell is one of the first events put on by the shire of River's Bend. In its 24th year, it boasts not only the traditional William Tell archery tournament, but competition in all rankings, along with thrown weapons competition, and our annual equestrian tournament.

There will also be contests and activities for children, the Guillermo da Sierra Patace Memorial Bocce Tournament for the ladies, classes, and merchants. We will also be providing our kingdom famous Traveler's Stew, with bread and brownies, for a $3.00 contribution on Friday evening.
